Refund and Cancellation

What is your return policy?

  • We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order.
  • Please ensure while returning, the product and the packaging are in the same condition as it was delivered.
  • If you have received a defective product, send us images at care.playalaaab@gmail.com within 24 Hours and we will get back to you
  • If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other queries regarding this, you can contact us on the number or email us at care.playalaab@gmail.com
  • Gift cards/ vouchers are non-refundable.
  • Cash/Card/ Wallet/ UPI/ Net banking: Directly credited to the original source is not applicable on buying from from playalaab.in, credit note will be issued (Validity 6 months )
  • Customer will provide return shipping, shipping fee non-refundable, credit note will be issued after deduction of shipping fee.

    When do I receive The Credit Note?

    Our courier partner will pick up the product from you within 7 days and shall process the refund on completion of quality check. The pickup to refund processing takes around 6-8 days. We will also send a confirmation email to you on refund processing with The Credit Note Details.
