Join the PlayAlaab Rewards Programme to earn points on purchases, enjoy birthday discounts, and save on future orders.
1. Loyalty Tiers
- Explorer (0–1 orders): Earn 5% back in points + 10% birthday discount.
- Creator (2 orders): Earn 10% back in points + 15% birthday discount.
- Legend (3+ orders): Earn 15% back in points + 20% birthday discount.
2. Earn Points
- Get 100 welcome points when you create an account.
- Earn points on eligible purchases according to your loyalty tier.
3. Redeem Points
- Minimum redemption: 50 points.
- 1 point = ₹1 off your purchase.
- Redeem points to generate a discount code instantly.
4. Reward Expiry
- Points: Do not expire, subject to programme terms.
- Redeemed discount codes: Valid for 90 days from redemption.
- Other discount coupons: Valid for 90 days from issuance, unless otherwise specified.
5. Refunds on Points-Based Purchases
Eligible refunds for purchases made using points will be issued as a credit note valid for 1 year from issuance. Please contact Customer Support to request your credit note. Refunds are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.
6. Important Terms
- A PlayAlaab account is required to participate.
- Birthday discounts are available once a year during your birthday month.
- All rewards and redemptions are subject to applicable offer terms.
- PlayAlaab may update the programme in accordance with applicable law.
