Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy - PlayAlaab

We want you to have a smooth and worry-free experience with PlayAlaab.

7-Day Easy Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours at care@playalaab.com with images/videos.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Refunds
Once your returned product is picked up and passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (Card, UPI, Wallet, or Net Banking).
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

Return Shipping
Free return pickup is available for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email/whatsapp us at care@playalaab.com / +91 9667145127 with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Important Notes

  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • Combo products must be returned in full
  • Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable
  • Returns for reasons other than damage/defect may be accepted after review

Exclusions from Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

The following cases are not eligible:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in original condition
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts
  • Requests raised after the defined return/reporting window
  • Partial returns from combo or bundled products
  • Repeated order cancellations or refusal of COD deliveries (PlayAlaab reserves the right to restrict future orders)
  • Customized or special-order products (if applicable)
